Ved å krysse av på booking-betingelser i vår online booking-kalender, godkjenner du følgende betingelser:

Booking og betaling

Online booking er bindene fra du får bookingbekreftelse/info på mail. Du vil motta en innbetalingsgiro på mail samtidig med bekreftelsen. Denne giroen vil ha betalingsfrist på tre uker. Om det er mindre enn 21 dager til oppholdet, vil betalingsfristen være omgående.

Den som bestiller oppholdet må være over 20 år og er ansvarlig for hytta og området rundt under oppholdet.

Avbestilling / kansellering

Avbestilling gjøres på e-post til aase@trehyttene.no eller til Åse på telefon 950 53 807. Ved avbestilling mer enn 30 dager før ankomst, refunderes hele beløpet, minus et administrasjonsgebyr på kr 249.

Ved avbestilling fra 30 til 3 dager før ankomst, refunderes 50 % minus administrasjonsgebyr på kr 249. Avbestilling under 3 dager før ankomst gir ingen tilbakebetaling.

Om du må avbestille pga. sykdom, anbefaler vi å sjekke om din reiseforsikring dekker dette.

Ved sterk vind/storm kan vi måtte kansellere opphold ved Gjøkeredet og Flåklypa. Vi har retningslinjer som vi følger i forhold til hvor mye vind som er forsvarlig før vi må kansellere. Vi vil i disse tilfellene ta kontakt med leietager og avtale hvordan vi gjør dette. Ved kansellering fra vår side på grunn av dårlig vær, vil gjestene kunne velge mellom å få et nytt opphold i hytta ved et senere tidspunkt eller hele beløpet tilbakebetalt.

Inn- og utsjekk

Flåklypa: innsjekk fra 13.00, utsjekk innen 11.00

Gjøkeredet: Innsjekk fra 14.00, utsjekk innen 12.00

Kråkeslottet: Innsjekk fra 15.00, utsjekk innen 13.00

Vannspeilet: Innsjekk fra 16.00, utsjekk innen 13.00

Tidlig innsjekk eller sen utsjekk er mulig om det ikke er andre gjester i hyttene. Dette må avtales med Vertskapet dagen før oppholdet.

Opphold i hyttene og rengjøring

Om det skal oppholde seg mer enn åtte personer i hytta, må dette avtales på forhånd med vertskapet.

Leietager plikter å lese og følge bruksreglene som er satt opp for hytta og området rundt. Disse vil ligge i hytta. Opphold er på eget ansvar. Ferdsel på vannet, både sommer og vinter er på eget ansvar.

Gjestene må forlate hytta og området rundt i den stand den var ved ankomst. Utsyr for vask finner du i hyttene. Det er mulig å bestille vask kr 499.

Dette er inkludert i leieprisen:

  • Strømforbruk
  • Dyner og puter
  • Dopapir, tørkepapir, oppvaskmiddel, kluter
  • Salt, pepper, olje til steking
  • Håndsåpe på alle hyttene)
  • Shampoo, conditioner, body-wash på Kråkeslottet og Vannspeilet
  • Barnestol + reiseseng. (må avtales på forhånd) 
  • Robåt og flytevester om sommeren, på Kråkeslottet og Vannspeilet
  • SUP brett på Vannspeilet om sommeren

Dette må du betale ekstra for: 

  • Vask av hytte om du ikke vasker selv, kr 499
  • Sengetøy og håndklær, kr 99 pr. person
  • Andre ønsker

Kryss av for dette ved bestilling om du ønsker det. Det kan også etterbestilles nærmere oppholdet.

Nøkler og veibeskrivelse

Sammen med betalingsgiro vil du motta et vedlegg med informasjon om hytta og oppholdet, samt en veibeskrivelse og info om hvor du kan hente nøkkel.

Conditions

By checking the booking conditions in our online booking calendar, you accept the following conditions:

Booking and payment
Online booking is the volume from when you receive the booking confirmation by email. You will receive a payment giro by email at the same time as the confirmation. This giro will have a payment deadline of three weeks. If the booking is made later than seven days before arrival, the payment deadline will be immediate.

The person booking the stay must be over 20 years old and is responsible for the cottage and the surrounding area during the stay.

Cancellation / cancellation
Cancellation is made by email: aase@trehyttene.no or to Åse on telephone 95 05 38 07. If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of NOK 249.

In case of cancellation from 30 to 3 days before arrival, 50% minus administration fee of NOK 249 will be refunded. Cancellation under 3 days before arrival does not give a refund.

If you have to cancel due to illness, we recommend checking if your travel insurance covers this.

In the event of a strong wind / storm, we may have to cancel our stay at Gjøkeredet. We have guidelines that we follow in relation to how much wind is justifiable to spend the night in. In these cases, we will contact the tenant and agree on how we do this. In case of cancellation on our part due to bad weather, guests will be able to choose between getting a new stay in the cottage at a later date or the full amount refunded.

Check-in and check-out
In Kråkeslottet you can check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out before 13.00 on the day of departure. In the period 13.00-15.00 you can, if desired, use the area around the cottage: campfire site, tarzan trail, carpenter’s cabin and swimming area.

In Gjøkeredet you can check in from 14.00 on the day of arrival and check out before 12.00 on the day of departure.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible if there are no other guests in the cabins. This must be agreed with Åse the day before the stay.

Stay in the cottage and cleaning
If more than eight people are to stay in the cabin, this must be agreed in advance with the landlord.

The tenant is obliged to read and follow the rules of use set up for the cottage and the surrounding area. These will be located in the cottage. Guests must leave the cottage and the surrounding area in the condition it was on arrival. Equipment for washing can be found on the 1st floor of the cottage. It is possible to order a wash NOK 499. Wash is ordered by writing this under notes when ordering online.

This is included in the rental prices:

  • Power consumption
  • Duvets and pillows
  • Dope paper, paper towels, dish soap, cloths
  • High chair + travel cot for children in Kråkeslottet
  • Equipment for campfire, materials and equipment in carpentry shop
  • Boat, vests, fishing equipment (in summer)

You have to pay extra for this:

  • Wash the cabin if you do not wash it yourself, NOK 499 (Kråkeslottet)
  • Bed linen and towels, NOK 99 per. person
  • Other wishes

When ordering, state if you want any of these additional services.

Keys and directions
Together with the payment giro, you will receive an attachment with information about directions and where you can pick up the key.
