Welcome to floating luxury at Vannspeilet (Watermirror)

With large windows, a glass floor, and spacious terraces, this is a place where nature blends with the cabin. The seasons and weather shape your stay, allowing you to experience everything from sparkling waves to magical fog and ice as the water freezes. Each season has its own charm and uniqueness!

A paradise for water activities
You can dive into the water from the roof or take a bath in the 38-degree hot tub on the rooftop terrace. The hot tub is always ready and preheated. In winter, you can ice-bathe from the terrace and warm up again in the rooftop hot tub.

During the summer, you’ll find SUP boards on the footbridge to explore the nearby area from the water. There is also a rowboat available. Life jackets for two adults and two children are available in the cabin. There’s also a beaver lodge nearby, which is exciting to observe from the water.

Bring a fishing pole and see if the fish bite! You can fish from the terrace/footbridge or from the boat. Fishing in Lundvann is free, and there’s plenty of fish, though mostly small ones.

We want our guests to relax and have a safe and pleasant stay. The cabin has a footbridge and terrace without railings and the cabin floats in deep water, so good swimming skills are essential for staying here. Vannspeilet is only available for adults and children who can swim! Wearing a life jacket is necessary for those who are not confident swimmers. You are responsible for your own safety during your stay.

A spa-like bathroom experience
The bathroom at Vannspeilet offers even more luxury, with a rain shower, spacious bathtub, and direct access to the swimming ladder on the terrace. The bathroom is warm with floor heating. It is beautifully designed to give you a real “spa-like” experience. As a special touch, you’ll find products from Iloveecoessentials, from us to you!

A place to gather friends and family
The kitchen has a large dining table made of elm, seating eight people. It’s the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family over a delicious meal. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and all tableware is provided. There’s an under-counter fridge, stove, and dishwasher. For your morning coffee, there’s a French press!

Sleeping space for eight
The cabin is 65 m² and has three bedrooms suitable for up to eight people. The “master bedroom” features floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view to wake up to. Having coffee in bed here is a dream!

What’s provided in the cabin:
Duvets and pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, dishcloths, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets, life jackets (two large and two small), electric tea lights, firewood for the fireplace, salt and pepper, and cooking oil.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 1:00 PM on your departure day.

Occasionally, early check-in/late check-out is possible. This must be arranged with the host close to your stay. Contact us with any questions regarding this.
